A Pro Lobby is playing alongside a GG Pro as your teammate in real time. The pro is your IGL — calling rotations, making decisions, coordinating the squad. Lobbies can include multiple clients, so the focus is on the game as a whole, not on you individually. It's the fastest way to get into a winning squad.

A Course is a structured coaching program built around your specific gameplay. A GG Pro watches how you actually play, identifies what's holding you back, and works through it with you directly — aim, positioning, decision-making, whatever the issue is. Courses are focused on you and go deep.

Browse the Courses page or visit any GG Pro's public profile. Pick a session or course, complete the purchase, and you're in.

If you're not sure where to begin, contact support and we'll match you with the right pro.

Your game selection filters everything on the platform — Browse, Pro Lobbies, and GG Pros pages — so you only see content relevant to your games.

You can update these filters at any time from the Browse, GG Pros, or Pro Lobbies pages using the filter panel on the right side of the page.

Your username is your public identity across the platform — visible to all members and exclusive to your account.

Go to your profile and connect any of the following platforms: X (Twitter), Twitch, YouTube, Instagram, TikTok, Kick.

Enter your username only — not the full URL. For example, for Instagram enter GGClanWorld, not https://www.instagram.com/ggclanworld.

GG Pros also have their socials linked on their public profiles.

Discord is how GG Pros reach you during and around sessions. Linking Discord is essential for real-time in-lobby communication.

When you join an active lobby, our Discord bot automatically creates a voice channel for seamless coordination.

You can link Discord two ways:

• Sign up directly with Discord — auto-links your account with no extra steps.
• Bind manually via your profile settings: authorize GG Clan to access your Discord username, avatar, and email.

Your Gaming ID lets GG Pros find and connect with you in-game accurately and quickly.

It also allows GG Clan to track and analyze your progression across sessions.

Go to your profile → Edit Profile → click 'Add Gaming Account' in the designated section. Fill in the required fields for the specific game.

Head to the GG Pros page. Use the available filters to narrow your search by game specialization and language.

All GG Pros speak English; native language options are also available. You can also search by specific skill need using the search bar.

No. The platform works for any skill level — beginner, intermediate, or competitive. When you work with a GG Pro, they adapt to where you are.

We match the right pro to what you actually need, not to a skill bracket you have to qualify for first. Whether you've just started playing or you've been stuck at the same rank for two seasons, there's a GG Pro on the platform who has worked with players at your level and knows exactly what to do.

Every GG Pro's profile shows their gaming stats, achievements, and verified ratings and reviews from past clients. Use these to compare:

• Game specialization and services offered (aim training, rank improvement, video review, strategy)
• Language preferences
• Client ratings and written reviews
• Coaching packages and pricing

Visit a GG Pro's public profile and click the heart icon (Favorite button).

Your saved pros appear in the 'Fav GG Pros' section on your dashboard. From there you can:

• See if they have an active lobby open and join instantly
• Browse all their current courses
• Get notified when they open a new lobby or add a new course

To remove a favorite: go to your dashboard or their profile and click Unfavorite.

Yes. There are three ways to request a custom course:

1. Contact a GG Pro directly via the Friends section after adding them as a friend.
2. Reach out through our Discord server.
3. Contact our support team — they will identify a qualified top 1% GG Pro to create a course tailored to your needs.

Yes — and we'd encourage it. You are not committed to one GG Pro.

Many clients on the platform work with more than one pro across different games or different areas of their game. If a session doesn't feel right, try someone else — you might find a better fit on your second or third choice.

GG Pros are on the platform around the clock.

Pro Lobbies are created by pros whenever they go online — check the Pro Lobbies page at any time to see what's currently running.

For Courses, availability depends on the individual pro. Check their profile for scheduling details, or reach out to them directly or through our support team to arrange a time that works for you.

Pro Lobbies let you play alongside a GG Pro as a teammate in real-time. Pros can host alone or as a team, in various games and modes.

You join their lobby, play your session, and get charged based on time spent.

Example: hire two GG Pros for Warzone ranked matches as your teammates, or go casual in DMZ.

Each game has its own pricing. GG Pros set their own hourly rate.

Pros may lock a lobby and increase the price by $5–$10 for modes that limit player count or require extra effort (e.g. ranked), compensating for the reduced client capacity.

Billing is time-based: time spent in the lobby × hourly rate.

If two or more pros are in the lobby, the amount the client pays is divided equally between them — the client always pays the single lobby rate regardless of how many pros are present.

1. Select the lobby you want to join.
2. Ensure your balance covers at least one hour at the lobby price.
3. Your gaming info (Discord ID, game ID) is shared with the GG Pro via lobby chat.
4. Play your session. Communicate through the lobby chat or the auto-created Discord voice channel.
5. When you're done, exit the lobby. The GG Pro enters your timestamp. Breaks or wait time are deducted at their discretion.
6. You are charged based on total time and the session summary appears in your dashboard.

The timer starts automatically when you join a lobby and is visible on the right-hand side of your screen.

GG Pros are responsible for deducting any breaks or wait time at the end of your session.

If you believe there is still an error in the timestamp after your session ends, contact our support team to investigate.

GG Clan Courses are personalized training programs built by our top 1% pro players.

Each course is tailored to your goals, skill level, and playstyle — whether you want to improve your aim, master strategies, or climb the ranks.

Unlike boosting, courses build real skills that last.

Every game listed on GG Clan has courses available.

Head to the Courses page and filter by your game to see what's currently on offer.

Boosts give you a quick rank-up that fades fast, leaving you back where you started.

GG Clan Courses focus on long-term improvement: personalized training, team analysis, and in-game strategy development.

You become a genuinely better player — no matter your current level.

Browse courses on the Courses page or directly on a GG Pro's public profile. Select the course that suits your needs and complete the purchase.

The GG Pro will then reach out to schedule your sessions via:

• Friend request through the website's Friends section
• Discord DM (make sure your Discord is linked to your account)

The GG Pro reaches out to schedule sessions with you. Sessions are coordinated directly between you and the pro.

Courses provide structured, in-depth coaching on specific skills over multiple sessions.

On the Courses page, open any course and click 'Add to Favorite' (heart icon). The course is saved instantly — no extra steps.

Find all saved courses in your Dashboard → 'Interested Courses' at the bottom of the Courses section.

To remove: click the course and press Remove Favorite.

Manage all booked sessions through your GG Dashboard (Calendar section).

• Reschedule: request a new date and time via the Dashboard. Coach has up to 36 hours to accept.
• Free cancel: up to 24 hours before the session — full refund to your original payment method.
• Late cancel: within 24 hours — 50% of session price is charged.
• No response: if the coach doesn't respond within 36 hours, the charged amount is refunded to your original payment method.

If you've had repeated rescheduling issues with a pro, contact our support team directly.

Click your avatar in the top-right corner of the platform and select 'Top-up Balance'. You can also find this option from your Profile page.

Your balance is used automatically when joining lobbies and purchasing courses.

After any session ends, you can tip your GG Pro directly — either on the spot or later from the Session Summary in your Dashboard.

Choose a preset amount or enter a custom tip.

Courses & Sessions — Purchased but not used

Request a refund within 30 calendar days of purchase — the amount is returned to your original payment method (credit card). After 30 days, refunds are returned to your GG Balance instead.

GG Clan is not responsible for requests made after the 30-day window.

Courses & Sessions — Unhappy with service

Contact GG Support to investigate. If a refund is warranted, a representative will confirm and process it — back to your original payment method if within 30 days, or to your GG Balance if beyond that.

Pro Lobbies

Once a session is completed, no automatic refund is issued. If you were unhappy with the service, contact support as soon as possible so the case can be investigated.

Not currently. Gifting is not available on the platform right now.

If this is something you want, let us know through support — we take that feedback seriously.

After every session (active lobby or course), you'll be redirected to the tipping and review page. You can also access it anytime from your Dashboard by clicking any completed session.

All reviews are reviewed by our support team before being published — GG Pros are notified when they go live.

Go to your Dashboard → Courses section → fill in the course creation form:

• Game — select your coaching game. Only games you are approved for will appear.
• GG Pros (Optional) — add collaborating pros. Revenue and pricing splits automatically.
• Title — clear, attention-grabbing name that explains the course objective.
• Description — up to 500 characters. Detailed info customers see on the course detail page.
• Summary — up to 80 characters. First thing customers see — treat it as a marketing hook.
• Price — minimum $30. Some GG Pros offer free introductory sessions — this is at the pro's discretion.

Click 'Add Course' to publish.

To edit or delete: hover over any course in your Dashboard → Courses section for the Edit/Delete options.

The course creation form shows a 'Project Revenue per Customer' breakdown in real time:

Go to Dashboard → Profile → Edit Profile → upload in the designated banner area.

Every GG Pro goes through a three-stage process before they ever interact with a client.

1. Stats review — we check their in-game rank, K/D, and win rate. Numbers that don't hold up don't move forward.
2. Gameplay review — we watch their gameplay directly. Being good at a game and being someone worth learning from are not the same thing. We check for both.
3. Coaching test — can they identify what a player is doing wrong? Can they explain it clearly? Can they actually help someone improve? They have to demonstrate this, not just claim it.

Never. GG Clan does not ask for, store, or use your account credentials for any reason.

We ask for your in-game ID so your GG Pro can find you in the game — that's the extent of it.

We are against cheating in any form, and account sharing is a form of cheating. Your account stays yours.

Every complaint is looked at individually — context matters and we treat it that way.

What we do not tolerate under any circumstances:

• Speaking to a client in a way that is hurtful or disrespectful
• Any form of cheating or hacking

Both result in immediate removal from the platform with no exceptions.

For other complaints, our support team investigates, contacts both parties if needed, and makes a decision based on what actually happened. If you've had a bad session, contact us. We take it seriously.
